This summer saw the second edition of the UK 4 Nations competition, with live stages in Wales, Scotland and England running alongside a postal competition to be as inclusive as possible. After the live stages Team England was just ahead of Ireland with strong performances from Nick White for England and Lauran Evans for Scotland taking the trophies in each event.

The postal match results widened the gap however with wins for Katie Jones, Oli Secker and Emeryn Williams all represting England. And the final trophy, for best iHBA performance, went to Lizzie Bennett also representing England.

Next year the competition will be widened to 5 Nations to include France!
